FAQ

  • We offer Traditional worship services at 11:10 am with traditional hymns and a chancel choir accompanied by an amazing pipe organ. Our 9:10 am Ignite contemporary service has a fantastic praise band with guitars, drums and keyboards.  We have two video screens with words for all the songs, so please sing along! Both services invite participation, offer great music, and relevant preaching and inspire us to live as followers of Jesus.

  • You will see a variety of attire, from business to casual. We invite you to dress how you are most comfortable.  Our focus is not on how we dress, but an experience which focuses on worshiping Christ.

  • We love families and offer many programs and activities for children and youth.  Children's ministry offers programming for infants to 5th grade during both services and small group hour (10:10-11:00).

Donut Devotionals for youth in 6th-12th grade meets on Sunday mornings at 10:15 in the Youth Room. One Youth Group meets on Sunday nights at 5:30-7:30 for dinner, games, worship, small groups, and service projects. There is something for every age at First United.

  • If you have an interest in joining our church, please contact Rev. Karen Easter-Bayne to receive information about our new member class. Free childcare is provided for the class.

Two Hour Delay: Church Opens at 10 AM

When the church is closed due to weather, it will remain closed throughout the entire day

for all subsequent events and programs.

When the church opening is delayed, subsequent events will continue as scheduled after the delay has been satisfied.
